We love our pond at Dominifarm Animal Sanctuary in Kuna, ID.
Our 4 rescued koi and turtle needed a natural looking pond
with high capacity filtration system to thrive.
As a nonprofit animal rescue organization, the welfare
of our residents is our top priority.
The pond had to be deep enough for the aquatic life to
hibernate during the winter and stay safe from predators.
In our effort to create a wildlife refuge and support the
local fauna and flora, we wanted the water feature to blend
with the environment and attract all kinds of insects and mammals.
Easy maintenance was also a concern because of our busy
schedule running the sanctuary.
We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and result.

I called Steve and Kelly at Mystic Waters because my outdoor garden fountain was not working. First, Steve tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggested potential solutions I could try to avoid the cost of a home visit. When I was unable to solve the problem, Steve and Kelly came to my home. Because the solution was simple (for Steve, anyway), they did not charge me for the visit! Both Steve and Kelly are friendly, professional (they answer the phone, return calls, and show up on time!), and obviously know their stuff. I highly recommend Mystic Waters!

If you have a Koi pond and big trees, you know the struggle! I had so much gunk at the bottom of mine from all the shade trees, and Mystic Waters seriously saved the day. They did a super thorough job cleaning out the waste and even trimmed up some vines that were getting a bit wild. I was mostly worried about my fish, but the team was awesome with them and kept them safe and happy while they worked. They treated the water too and now it looks like a brand new pond If you need your pond clean, definitely give these guys a call.

If we could give Mystic Waters 3 extra stars, we would! They did a phenomenal job on our backyard waterfall feature. It was well thought out, and completed at a reasonable price. They communicated all along the way, and asked for our input as things progressed. Both Kelly and Steve are full of creativity and artistry. They were really invested in our project, and put their all into it. They picked out the perfect plants, moss, driftwood and lighting to accent the design. They went above and beyond for us, and even placed leftover waterfall rocks in our existing landscaping to add interest to our yard. And best of all, they are really nice people. We absolutely LOVE the finished waterfall! It’s beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Mystic Waters!
